Thanks for your response.

Remote users connect via https:// where they are initially prompted to
login.

443 is NAT'd through my firewall to my single Propalms server which is
on the trusted network.

443 is the only port open.

My server has the following roles: web; load balancer; application &
relay.

Usable if only a couple of icons but takes between 2 -4 minutes for
the icons to appear if up to 20 are published.

Fell out with my reseller, but not convinced they'd be able to help
with this anyway.

Propalms works well for us and is affordable, but their manuals are
sh1te and their support is sh1te.

Sorry propalms but it's the truth.
