Most of my users access Propalms at a remote office (permanently
connected via VPN) so I find it easier to use Dameware Remote Control to take control of their desktops. The great thing about Dameware is that as long as you have admin rights on the workstation, it installs the client automatically. Used PCAnywhere a few years ago and remember struggling to get users
