This is a six week course, which in theory takes you from Zero to
Hero.
Ok, what is actually does is give you four weeks of skills training in
Canoeing, Kayaking, Gorge walking, Climbing and mountain biking, which
gets you well on the way to getting ready for various NGB
qualifications.
During the last two weeks we run a Canoe safety test, a REC two day
first aid, a two and three star assessment in canoe and kayak, a level
1 coach in canoe and kayak, a level 2 training in canoe and a MIAS
level 2 mountain bike assessment.
Depending on yourself you can walk away with all of these quals and in
a position to start work towards your SPA award.
