We have had several requests about training for the necessary White
Water Skills for this race and are offering a five day training course
to get your skills to the necessary level so that we can issue you
with the required certification for the race.
This is how I have described it to other enquirers,
"What I would suggest is a 5 day course or three weekends training for
this.
First we would get you trained up in the necessary skills in white
water kayaks and spend the last couple of days transferring those
skills over to your race boat on what will by then be familiar white
water."
We only need a couple of takers to run this course so if you can get
together here on the forum or by ringing us on 01978 861912 then we
can offer the training you need, or for a supplement we can put on a
date for any individual.
The cost for the coaching part of this is £94 per person per day and
we can include several accommodation options including Tipi Tents.
