I've just release the latest version of the code with the following
enhancements.

Better handling of ordered and unordered lists - groups of list items
should be wrapped by a <ol> or <ul> tag on which their behaviour
depends. Definition lists and their assiocated tags <dl>, <dt> and <dd>
and also now available.

The <big> and <small> tags now control the size of the font offering a
reasonable level of control until parameterised tags are implemented.

The new <sup> and <sub> tags for superscript and subscript,
respectively, can be nested to any reasonable level.

Also <blockquote> and <hr /> tags have been implemented.
