If you didn’t know already Manchester Based cross cultural drum dance fusion group ‘Sambangra’ ([link]) has been going through some organisational development to hopefully continue sessions, workshops and performances on a regular basis in the absence of founder and Musical Director Ian Holmes-Lewis (Ian has moved to Scotland and we wish him all the best!! ).

I have two really nice full size (handmade) professional Balafon for sale.
I would like £150 for each and would consider a deal on the pair..
You will not get Balafon of this quality anywhere for this price and it’s
unlikely any shop will stock this quality of instrument in the uk.

Hello All,

Just a quick email to say that we are pleased to confirm the tutors for the
Global Grooves Samba Reggae Master Class Weekend.

Dance: Cidinha Bendixen.
Cidinha delivered the first ever ‘Republic of Swing’ Samba Reggae 8 week
course many, many moons ago.
These courses gave birth to the fantastic Republic of Swing Bateria.
