Most of this looks like application generated messages. Only the "Force 
logout initiated for user 65" is from QM itself.

Looks numeric to me. and your code works just fine. Which of the two lines 
returns the error? Are you really sure that block is "00008"? The dump file 
from use of OPTION DUMP.ON.ERROR would be helpful.
