Is this is for doing a personal greeting sort of thing when answering
the phone as in the employee reads the display and then answers with
"good morning Fred, thanks for calling Acme corp..."?
A few vendors we deal with tried that and quietly retired the system
because many people are offended (even though they know about caller ID)
with the "big brother" aspect.
