Message from discussion I see remnants of an old user account, how do I remove ?

Some additional information:
- I ran Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer and this old account name
shows up there too.

As stated in my initial post, I need to know how to remove the
remnants of this old user account name. See my initial post for
details.
