Windows Mail could not be started. The application was unable to initalize the Windows contacts. Your computer may be out of memory or your dick is full. (0x8000FFFF)
Windows Mail could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be intialized.
Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item: "Set your default programs." After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on "Windows Contacts". If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults" then fix it by clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

Nothing works. This is what happens. I Even tried to do the WLM. it doesnt work either. Still getting simalar messages. When i open WML it downloads my E-Mails form sever and doesnt allow me to read them because Contacts or some other BS is not working.

Close Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail. Navigate to C:\Users\YourName\ Then right-click on the Contacts folder and select Properties. Go to the Location tab. What does it show for location? Double-click on the Contacts folder. Does it open and show you the contacts?

It is troubling that the location tab is missing from the properties of that Contacts folder. Sounds like Vista is not recognizing the folder type. Try this: Open the Contacts folder so you can see all the contacts. Right-click somewhere in the empty white space to the far right. Select "Customize This Folder", click the little triangle, and from the dropdown list select Contacts, then click OK. Did that help?
If not, are you able to do a System Restore to a day prior to when this trouble started?

Not sure which "repair" you are referring to, but re-installing Vista should take care of the problem. I always do a fresh install of Windows every two years or so, because Windows tends to get bogged down gradually over time.
