i am unable to send out any windows mail with this vista program, i am very
sorry i went with the vista programs in my new machine,i am thinking very
very seriously of going to a APPLE MACHINE,and thier programs

Do you get an error message when you try to send or receive? If so,
right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
