What proof do you have that there should be more text available on the right?
E.g. does View Source give you more than there is displayed?

If this is really IE6 you could install the IE Developer Toolbar
and play with settings such as Disable All CSS to try to see
hidden source in other ways or with different formatting.

Also, try cloning the window, e.g. press Ctrl-N.   Sometimes there are
more controls available in a clone than in the original.

And if you have a mouse with advanced features such as Middleclick
or Tilt wheel scrolling you may find that you don't need to see scrollbars
to actually shift the display anyway.

Always state your IE version and full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3;
Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7 RC; Win7) when posting in a forum or newsgroup.
Please do so in your next reply.
