Subject: is it possible to print a copy of the bookmarks page from an adobe document?
Can anyone advise whether its possible to print just the bookmarks
from an Adobe document out of Adobe Reader?  This document is almost
1600 pages long and I'd like to have a working hardcopy of what
exactly I'm looking at.  Thanks in advance for any assistance you can
provide.
