Master Boot Record (MBR) Needs Track 0 for BIOS Information 
  Our hard drive lost its primary boot-partition. The Prescott 533 P4i45GV system board needs BIOS code installed on the hard drive. How do I get the MBR code for this system board to get in (F7 at POST) and view/change BIOS settings?

Windows 2000 dynamic drive corrupted after being installed as secondary in XP 
  A dynamic bootable drive was taken out of a working Windows 2000 computer and put as a secondary in an XP system where it was originally seen as Foreign media. Random files losing NTFS Permissions 
  I have several users that recently started losing NTFS permissions to directories. As a solution, if I go to the Parent directory and give the full control permissons, apply, then remove them, their read permissions and other permissions to child directories are restored back to normal. Defragging a very large, heavily fragmented drive
