Error deploying Office 2007

Hello, I have a problem installing Office 2007 (SP2) with sms 2003. I have exactly the same problem on new installed PCs and on older ones with Office 2003 installed. The clinets are Windows XP Sp3. first step is to uninstall all Office 2003 Components and a restart (that works fine), after that Office 2007 setup starts.
