I am getting the above error message when scanning another 2003 Server on the
same domain.

Scanning fromWindows Server 2003 SE SP2 with MBSA 2.1.2104.0 and
target server is Windows Server 2003 R2 SE SP2.

I have disabled the antivirus (Trend Micro office scan client).
The C:\WINDOWS\WindowsUpdate.log keep showing the following when it was
scanned:-

Searched the net for this error message, and checked
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/tools/mbsa2/qa.mspx but still
couldnt resolve this issue.
I am running out of idea on how to debug this problem. Any suggestion?
