Answering for the benefit of anyone searching for answers on this in future.
If you're printing black and white, textboxes that have fills will print
with a border around them, even if you do not have a line assigned or it's
the same as the background or whatever.
The only way around this I'm aware of is to place a filled autoshape beneath
the textbox and remove the fill from the textbox itself.
And yes, it's a pain. I'd much rather the B/W didn't print lines on the
edges of filled textboxes unless I asked for them to be there!
