Error Handling into EDI Disassembler

  I am using BizTalk 2009 to trade XML files over AS2. I am trying to create a self signed x.509 certificate with signature algorithm sha1RSA using certreq.exe on a Windows 2008 server. Biztalk 2004 + 2006 + 2009 SxS on SQL ? 
  Would a single shared SQL server should be able to hold three Biztalk Groups side by side for separate installations of Biztalk 2004, 2006, R2 and 2009. You would just need to make sure each group is created to use unique table names, correct? I can't find any documentation on this.
