Subject: The Power of Trust
I know that the business (and other) relationship I have with people
that I totally trust work better. we achieve things faster, have less
waste, and you just know that the end result is more cost effective.
The opposite is you don't trust someone, and spend you life checking
up on them, and setting up elaborate systems to make sure they deliver
what they have said they would.

I am working on an Accelartaed Trust Model, that has been partly
influenced by Sptephen MR Covey's book 'The Speed of Trust'. I have
uploaded an exec summary of the book for anyone who is interested.
