Thank you everybody for the warmth and friendships shown to me during
this important conference. It was a real pleasure getting to meet so
many of you. As I sit at Schipol airport waithing for my flight, and
reflecting on the last few days. I have a real feeling that I have
been to an internal Nestlé conference where I met up with old friends.

I know that the business (and other) relationship I have with people
that I totally trust work better. we achieve things faster, have less
waste, and you just know that the end result is more cost effective.
The opposite is you don't trust someone, and spend you life checking
up on them, and setting up elaborate systems to make sure they deliver

I have uploaded the presentation I used for the 1.5 hour workshop on
personal effectivess last week. A lot of the inspiration behind the
prgramme comes from the book 'Personal Efficiency Programme' by Kerry
