Question on how to use the .attached method. Is this how I would get a
list of elements currently bound to the behavior?

Here's what I would like to do. I'm finding myself duplicating some
code in two or three places that naturally would fit in a method on
the behavior. I can call methods on the behavior from within the event
handlers on the behavior but I'm not seeing how I can call a method on
a behavior 'from the outside' from a event handler elsewhere on the
page (or within another behavior).
