Marks and Spencer to come to Estonian retail market on spring
One of the leading English retail sales chains will open its store in
Rocca al Mare shopping centre in May, Äripäev writes.
Joanna Pintal, Rocca al Mare’s regional brand manager didn’t disclose
which market share they aim to get, how many shops they plan to open
and how many customers per day they expect. She also didn’t say what’s
the expected profit and turnover.
Marks & Spencer recently opened shops in Riga and Vilnius.
“We’re happy to get to Estonian people too,” Pintal said.
She said that Baltic markets have numerous successful retail chains
that will be competitors to Marks & Spencer.
“We are sure that clients on Baltic markets will find offers with
suitable price and quality,” Pintal said.
