errors on running initial extract

Greetings,
I've attempted to follow the fairly sparse instructions. When I try
to extract metadata using the option extract_metadata_from_archive,
the following errors are displayed (using ePrints3)

trouble with update_table

This list seems quiet, but I thought I'd give it a shot as I feel like
I've reached a dead end. I'm very interested in using IRStats with our
DSpace repository and have been playing around with the latest build
(1.0.2). Everything seems to work, except for importing the apache

Any news on the 2e deliverable?:
* A set of agreed standards defining the basis for measuring and
reporting usage of materials deposited in IRs and aggregated with data
from other sources where such materials can be found.
