No stats shown for specific eprint

I've imported stats from the last 3 years in to IRStats and I'm trying
to get the graphs working. So far, they mostly all seem to be ok,
except if I try and look at the graph(s) for specific eprint id's. For

I get this error when I try to view the monthly downloads graph:

Illegal modulus zero at /usr/local/irstats/var/www/irs tats/lib/IRStats/

The line in question is:

Hi,

Does anyone know what this error means in the output for the Top Ten
table view?

The error, in full, is:

OOPS: eprint 14320 missing full_citation! 7973

For every line of the table - the eprint ids and download count are
different obviously.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Problem importing eprints 2 apache log data

I'm experiencing errors when trying to import data from an eprints 2
log. I tried another logfile (same server, different year) and am
getting the same error. There error output is below:

Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /usr/local/
irstats/var/www/irstats/lib/IR Stats/Update/Handler/MyHandler .pm line

Is this one the correct list where I can request a license of ChartDirector for IRStats using by Eprints 3.0

Different Database for IRStats

based IR. I would say that I have been partially successful because of

errors on running initial extract

to extract metadata using the option extract_metadata_from_archive,
the following errors are displayed (using ePrints3)

trouble with update_table
