I've imported stats from the last 3 years in to IRStats and I'm trying
to get the graphs working. So far, they mostly all seem to be ok,
except if I try and look at the graph(s) for specific eprint id's. For

Ok, I solved that problem. Looks like it happens when there aren't any
stats (or not enough imported) in the database. It probably shouldn't
be crashing if that's the case, though.

I'm trying to do this as well, I currently have the config file set so
that the 'extract' database is our EPrints 3 DB (called 'quteprints'),
while the database configuration is for a separate IRStats DB I've set
up (called 'irstats'). However, when I try to run an update_table, I

Hi,

Does anyone know what this error means in the output for the Top Ten
table view?

The error, in full, is:

OOPS: eprint 14320 missing full_citation! 7973

For every line of the table - the eprint ids and download count are
different obviously.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

These settings can be found in irstats.conf (or the conf file specific to
your repository in case of multiple config files):
*#database configuration
database_driver = mysql
database_server = localhost
database_name = so
*
The instructions I posted on the eprints list before assume that you use the
same database as eprints, this should be fine in most cases I guess and

Well it looks like I fixed the problem by doing a repair on the table
in question - however, I still get a whole heap of "Use of
uninitialized value in pattern match (M//) at /usr/local/irstats/var/
www/irstats/lib/IRStats/Update /Handler/MyHandler.pm line x, <STDIN>
line xxx. Are these errors something to be concerned about? I think

I'm experiencing errors when trying to import data from an eprints 2
log. I tried another logfile (same server, different year) and am

errors on running initial extract

to extract metadata using the option extract_metadata_from_archive,
the following errors are displayed (using ePrints3)

trouble with update_table

This list seems quiet, but I thought I'd give it a shot as I feel like
I've reached a dead end. I'm very interested in using IRStats with our
DSpace repository and have been playing around with the latest build
(1.0.2). Everything seems to work, except for importing the apache
access log. When I execute the script I get the 'Successfully Updated

Well, it's pretty easy to set up the mailing lists and project site. Time
will tell whether there's any significant interest in IRStats. I have set
the stage, provided an actor: we'll see if the audience turns up :-)
I'll refer you to the project manager for the other deliverables ...
