Hi guys!

I really want to use this app but i get the zip file for newer
version, and it doesn't run om my Windows XP SP3 PT-BR laptop.

Every time a got a "0xc0000135" error message.

Is this a problem related to localization because my windows is PT-BR?
Is this a problem related to .NET Framework (i don't know how to see
the current version, but i think it's the newer one)?
