Does ITIM Adoption Rules works with TDI Event notification ( JNDI Adapter)

Hi Guys,
Sorry guys for posting this ITIM related questions here, but I
couldn't find any better place to post this question.
I have created a JNDI adapter which creates Accounts in ITIM, My
problem is Adoption rules does not work with this, in the Trace.log
all I see is "findPersonForAccountByAlias" Method being executed ,

Hello,
Running a web service in TDI 6.0 and having problem with the size of
the incoming SOAP message. We need to keep it below 200 Kb to work. We
have got it to work up to 600 Kb sometimes but it is not stable
enough. Does anyone know if there are some tuning to be done on this
issue? Any parameter to set?

I'm able to send plaintext emails through TDI, but I have some data
that I want to format in a table, and I thought HTML would be the best
way to do that. I've marked the problem line with asterisks below.

My basic question is what is the best way around the 'Administrative
Limit Exceeded' error when itterating an LDAP. I Basically have an
LDAP passing in entries on a Delta and another LDAP in the Flow
section, to keep attributes sync'd.
I am able to process about 300 records before I get 'LDAP: error code

I need to leverage a passive LDAP connector to search for the groups a
user resides in. The search criteria will be (&(cn=GRP-*)(member=
