Dear Parents

Following interest from players and parents, I am now able to give you a price for the proposed residential camp to be held at the Gwersyll, Llangrannog from Monday 24^th August to Wednesday 26th August 2009.

The cost of the 3 day camp will be £150. This includes all meals, two nights accommodation, a Coast2coast camp T-shirt with 2 hours of hockey per day.

The players will also undertake off-ice training sessions including hockey related exercises to increase agility, speed, balance, power and fitness. There will be short classroom lessons each day which will concentrate on nutrition, hockey theory and systems. The players will also have the opportunity to participate in other supervised activities such as skiing, go-karting, swimming, quad biking, tobogganing and horse riding.

Transport to and from the site for the camp is NOT included however any offsite hockey activity will be arranged by us.

There will be a limit of 25 spaces available on the camp, these will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The minimum age to attend the camp will be 12 yrs old .Players who have played U12 Superleague will be considered.

If there is sufficient interest, a deposit of £50 will be required to secure a place on the camp. This is non-refundable.  The £100 balance will be payable by no later than 1^st July 2009.

There is a small shop on site, so minimum spending money will be needed.

This residential camp is dependant on sufficient interest in order to keep costs as low as possible.
