Shows how desperate they're getting Maggi. We were over there for 2 weeks recently and it was very quiet. Shame but it's how things are just now. Let's just hope sometime it improves but I can't see it this year.

What a shame, we that go package may lose this lovely place. I've been looking for independant accommodation on Aristos website just to get roughly how much it would cost. Its not cheap with the Euro being so bad. The accommodation providers are basically trying to earn a living and I don't blame them but most go for 50 to 60 euro. So we are going to make the most of this year, and cross our fingers for next.

We've stayed at Haraki Beach. We stayed in the ground floor apartments
which were ok, bigger than Haraki Village, but much too noisy (not noise
from Haraki Dreams but from the back road) and no balcony or terrace
area.

Its so annoying we could have gone independant, but when we were looking
they were 50 euro/day, including Haraki Beach. Bit too noisy but nice
rooms upstairs.
I agree, it was like all the youths on their mopeds used the square in the early hours. Shame but we were woken up at three or four in the morning and then again first thing. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are a very heavy sleeper.
When we were there last there seemed to be plenty of locals using the restuarants and bars but Jacks complaint was they made a drink last for hours so no good for business, but it may keep the place going.
Can't wait to see you and Mr Sharp Maggi!!!!! Not too long now..... See you at hotel for an ouzo or three xxxx Jean

I dunno if it's my comp but the servers seem to have been down since sunday. I've had to get in through a different route. Going back to Haraki on 26th august. Got to spend me redundancy money somewhere and Haraki's as good a bet as any.
