Deposits and cheques: the payment jungle explained.

A 25 percent deposit and completed Booking Form are required to secure a booking.

I operate on a "first come, first served" policy so if someone beats you with a deposit, they get the week. I do endeavor to keep people informed when there is competition for a week but beware of gazumpers none the less. 

The balance is payable three months before your booking.

Full boat charter

Full boat charter is for 12 spaces: this is the maximum number of passengers the Halton is legally licensed to carry. The full boat charter price is equivalent to 10 individual divers paying the per head rate (ie there are two "free" spaces) as an incentive to book the whole boat. If you subscribe to a full boat charter you will be liable for the full charter price. If numbers start to erode please let me know asap: I can often either fill spaces my end or re-jig the charter on a per head basis.

Individuals and small groups 

I am happy to collate smaller  groups and individuals (that is something of why this site exists) but I prefer not to buddy individuals who have not met before: experience has too often shown this to be an unhappy union. Therefore, please book as a "diving unit" (ie a buddy pair or solo diver). If you book on a per head basis, I will fill the remaining spaces.

Please note that over the years I have been let down on numerous occasions so will no longer take people at their word: without a deposit on the table there is no booking and that applies across the board whether I love you to bits or not. No deposit, no booking.

The BookingForm.pdf and Booking Form Reverse.pdf codifies and archives any transaction and has been implemented to clarify and protect both parties, me and you. Whilst appreciate that this is an added hassle, please respect this spirit and complete the form.
