On a Smartphone WM5 (HTC s620), this did the trick to get data from a
bluetooth GPS:

1.) The following registry key must exist:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\GPS Intermediate Driver
\Drivers"
( keys .\GPS Intermediate Driver\Drivers offen missed)

2.) The following value must exist under the key "Drivers" (type
REG_SZ):
CurrentDriver = "My GPS Driver"

3.) The following registry key must exist:
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\GPS IntermediateDriver
\Drivers\My GPS Driver"

4.) The following values must exist under the key "My GPS
Driver" (type REG_SZ):
InterfaceType = "COMM"
FriendlyName = "My GPS Driver"
CommPort = "COM6:"
(If you set up your bluetooth device to another COM-Port you can use
this value for the CommPort registry value )
