Subject: Apple Events

Dear all,

Just a quick plug for some events of interest at the Apple Store on
Wednesday 16thJuly. This is taken direct from the Apple website.

1: 11:00 am -12:30 pm Final Cut Pro: a film-maker's perspective with
John Sealey

Join John Sealey, film-maker and associate research fellow in film at
the University of Exeter, for a presentation on his film-making
background, including clips of his work. He will be talking about his
workflow using Final Cut Pro and Final Cut Studio and the benefits of
producing movies on a Mac. There will be a Q&A session on Final Cut
Pro techniques, as well as on his specific use of the application in
the context of his filmed work.

2: 5:00 pm- 6:00 pm Live performance: Ellie Williams

Join talented singer / songwriter Ellie Williams in store talking
about her music-making experience and her love of the Mac. At this
exclusive event, Ellie will perform tracks from her upcoming debut
album.

Might be worth a look.

I am going to be at the Live Performance, I heard Ellie on geminiFM
(http://www.elliewilliams.co.uk/) and was impressed.

In case you are not aware there are often events at the Apple Store
in Exeter, visit http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/princesshay/ for more
details (including free sessions on how to use Apple software and
hardware).

Best wishes

Graham
