hello all
can anyone tell me where I could look for/find a secondhand mac laptop? only
want it for basic use like word, powerpoint, iphoto, internet etc. all
suggestions welcome as well as advice as to what to look for. thanks. Maggie

Using Twitterrific now. I really like ShoveBox too, it might take over
from SideNote for my note taking.
Note that Mariner Write isn't available yet, they need another 250,000

Hello all, sorry I'm no longer a paid-up member but I have a problem
scanning text. Use an hp deskjet F380 which tells me I have no OCR support
installed. Have no disc to do so (none in box). Then go to hp website but it
sends me round the houses. Does anyone know how to sort this easily?

have you tried rebooting? Sometimes I've had a similar issue and that
works, also fix permissions first.

It didn't work. ;(

Command ran successfully in admin account, but files still there. I
have been using Maintenance (sub app of Onyx) with no trouble for
years, don't think that is causing a problem.
