Pirate RAID is now open to pairs, and all climbing/ropework sections have been dropped. 
  Yes, Just like Gordon Brown, we have succumbed to the pressure and have now opened the Pirate RAID to Pairs as well as teams of three. We have also dropped the rope work and climbing sections as so many of our regular customers don’t seem to own the necessary kit. key to successful trail running & hydration system 
  I was told that the key to trail running is: keeping about the same amount of exertion/effort throughout (whether uphill, downhill or flat). Is this true and is the best way to judge this the breath/ breathing rate? Also, what do people think of a rucsac type hydration system (eg. Camelbak) versus a hip mounted bottle holder (eg. Lafuma).
