Hello everyone,

Internet is great, being in sunny Algarve/Portugal how else would you
find out about this events?

I am considering doing this, it sounds great.

Questions:

1. Run, what type of shoes would recomend? Light trainers, or
something more robust?

2. Bike, personally I have a mountain bike a road bike. Is the road
good enough for a road bike? On the mountain bike ride, what is the
type of terrain? Mud? Gravel? Fast? Hard? Technical? Is possible to
obtain an elevation graphic, both of the road and mountain sections?

3. From my understanding of the site event the organization does
provide sit-on-top kayaks, right?
