Subject: Accommodation in Dorset
Can anyone recommend anywhere to stay for the Dorset CTS in November?
Don't know the area, ideally somewhere near the race start.

Does anyone know where the race start is?

Thanks

Brett

I would also be interested in any accommodation recommendations for
the Dorset CTS.
Also are group bookings ever organised at these events?
Thanks
Dan

Lyme regis is the largest town close to Charmouth. Just along the
coast you also have Westbay and Bridport. I have not stayed in any of
these so I cant recommend anywhere. I have stayed at The Lugger Inn
which is in Chickerell. It`s a 30 min drive along the coast from
Charmouth.
Hope this helps.
Tony.

Hi both

I think the start is at Charmouth. I'm staying at the Hensleigh Hotel?
No idea what it is like but it looked OK on the web. I think Charmouth
is pretty small so hopefully its walking distance...well hobbling
distance on the way back?!

Thanks for the suggestion Jill.
I've also booked the Hensleigh Hotel, as it did look good on the web
and they seemed friendly when I spoke to them.
See you there for the run.

Thanks
Dan

Hi Brett

I have managed to get into the Youth Hostel in Beer. I think it is
about 4 miles from Charmouth and relatively cheap. You can book
without being a YHA member. I think there is another YH the other side
of Charmouth, not sure of name.

Hope this helps
Kev
