Dennis the dragon from the Discworld Convention 2008 has been rescued
once more from the clutches of those who don't care for him and can
now be found on ebay.

For those that aren't sure who Dennis was; he was the 90cmx70cm
plaster dragon that greeted the Gala Dinner attendees at the entrance

Anybody have a link to the dealers at Sator Square. I was hoping to

I was in the play too and as I didn't have a large role, I was able to
sit back and watch the reast of the cast work extremley hard indeed.
People do not realise how little rehershal time 10 hours is.

As an example, my am dram group has strated rehearsing the pantomime -
we are performing in December. 10 hours is no time at all.

Secondly, this report was hidden amonst the photos, not in the
chronicle live, all their reports were praised the play.Thank you.
Thirdly, I meant Victor, not William. Many of us in the main play were
also in the "radio play". Tim played both parts.(oops).

Well I for one enjoyed it massively. It's not like we were expecting a
lavish mass production, and anyone who was is probably being a little
silly. ;-)
I even saw some of it from backstage and during the final run through and
still thought you did brilliantly considering the time you had to put
things together, and in some ways it added to the charm!

It's not a "professional" theatre group and the time spent in learning the text
was way beyond the time big productions need.
I had difficulties to remember my 4 lines for the masquerade ;-)
I know you do and you acted quite professional. Only the new ending was a bit
surprising for almost everybody :-))

Er, just in case of any misunderstanding, Elaine is not referring to
the Chronicle Live.
All I can say is that I'm sorry I missed the play. It's usually a must-
see for me but I got stuck behind my laptop. :-)
