Ouch, that's a really big problem. I didn't know about it. I was solving
problems with export first.

Did you mean the error OCIStmtExecute: ORA-01461: can bind a LONG value only
for insert into a LONG column.

Strange is, that this error was reported at least two years ago and it is not
fixed yet. :-(

Did you figure out how to use clob with doctrine? I found there was a
bug with pdo and clob, so I haven´t figured this out yet.

Please, if you are using pdo, doctrine and oracle clob, post here (or
on doctrine-users) the way you are doing it. I guess it will help
others than me either.

Hello. I am using now Doctrine 1.0 with Oracle, and I found issue with
VARCHAR2 size.
I do not know why there is the default size if not specified value 16777215.
Oracle's VARCHAR2 should be 4000 bytes long and CHAR2 2000 bytes.
I propose to set the maximal length for varchar2 columns to 2000 CHARS. As I

I'm doing development in Zend Framework and we use Doctrine for ORM
layer. For autoloading we register Zend_Loader, but that breaks making
custom behaviours for Doctrine. It is because in the
Doctrine_Import_Builder in the emmitAssign function Doctrine first
checks, if there is a Doctrine behaviour with the name, but it does it

given the fact that no version of LGPL has been specified, I would
just say LGPL v2 (which was in effect when zyne started Doctrine).
This license has the clause "or later", effectively also allowing LGPL
v3.

Hi...
I was the responsable to drop the ONE/MANY_AGGREGATE and
ONE/MANY_COMPOSITE from 1.0.
Since we had a not working behavior in both, we optimized the
constants into a single ones: ONE/MANY.
So the fix is very simple.... find the location where it explodes the
ONE_AGGREGATE, change it to ONE and it'll work.
