Subject: Metabolic Rate & Weight Loss
Many people think that the reason they are fat is because they have a
slow metabolic rate. They often compare themselves to friends and
family who snack continually on all the wrong foods but never put on
weight, assuming it's because they have a faster metabolic rate than
themselves.

In experiments, research has shown that in fact you metabolic rate has
little to do with being overweight. In fact, many overweight people
have higher metabolic rates than thin people because their bodies have
to work harder to cope with the excess fat in their systems.

The principle cause of obesity is eating too much. All you need is an
extra 25 calories a day more than you need throughout your life to be
obese by the age of 40. That's less than half a slice of bread extra
per day!

To learn more about dieting and losing weight take a look at our
website at www.dietplannerpro.com. We have also developed some dieting
software that will help you calculate you daily calorie requirement
and count the calories you consume and burn off each day. Remember,
being just 4 calories under you daily calorific requirement is all
that is required to start losing weight.
