Bampton (6 miles): Bampton Cafe Good food, closes at 2pm on Sundays
Bicester (17 miles): Wyevale Garden Centre map website Large, airy cafe/restaurant with hot food or snacks.
Bladon (7 miles): Park House Tea Room map website Great Rarebit and soup.
Broadway Tower (28 miles): Cafe map website Toasties, soup, cakes and resonable coffee. Down hill in all directions after!
Bourton on the Water (17 miles) Lots of places, mega busy on a fine summers day (best avoided!).
Chinnor (31 miles): Village Centre Cafe map website Cafe run by local residents, good value. Closed Sundays.
Chadlington (10 miles): Cafe de la Poste map website Top notch toasties Charlbury (8 miles): Good Food Cafe map untested, closed Sunday
Chipping Norton (13 miles): Old Mill Coffee House map On the Churchill road near the centre. Improved with great coffe, quality coffee and all day breakfast.
Coleshill (16 miles): Village Shop Cafe map
Eynsham (7 miles): Eynsham Emporium map website Tea, Coffee, cakes. Not open Sundays. Several other places in Eynsham.
Faringdon (12 miles): Cafe Small cafe off the central triangle. Open Sundays between March and October only.
Filkins (9 miles): Filkins Wollen Mill website Proper coffee, homemade cakes and news papers to read while relaxing. Small free museum. Open late on Sundays.
Great Rollright (17 miles): Wyatts Farm Shop near Chipping Norton. Good for cakes and the best ice cream around.
Great Tew (15 miles): Baxters Cafe Winter hours, Mon-Sat 9.00-5.00, Sunday shut.
Giuting Power (22 miles): Cotswold Farm Park (NW of Bourton on the Water) map website Tasty cake, summer only.
Kirtlington (12 miles): Post Office map Hot drinks and sandwiches. Now a café. Closes 3pm Sundays.
Lechlade (13 miles): Black Cat Cafe (on the Fairford road near centre) Good breakfast and plenty of space.

Lechlade (13 miles): Riverside Inn, Park End Wharf (on river by Ha'penny Bridge) map website Indoor or outdoor snacks by the river. Licensed. Good breakfast. Can get very busy in summer.
Little Tew (14 miles): Shop Hot drinks and snacks available. Untested.
Lower Heyford (16 miles): Kizzies map website Canal side location, nice proper coffee and welcoming even when wet and muddy, although busy sometimes.
New Town (28 miles): Glouc.&Warw. railway station cafe, (NE of Winchcombe) map website Simple menu and steam trains to watch.
Northleach (21 miles): Small shop with coffee machine and limited cakes/savories. 3 seats only.
Middle Barton (5 miles): Shop and Cafe map Untested.
Moreton-in-Marsh (21 miles) A number to choose from particulary on the main A429.
Ramsden (4 miles): Hilltop Garden Centre map website
Stow on the Wold (17 miles) Several choices of places, some better than others...
Thrupp, near Kidlington (10 miles): Annies Tea Room map Canal side with well surfaced paths north & south, proper coffee, nice cakes & sandwiches. Linked to Kizzies in some way.
Witney: The Deli Cafe opposite Buttercross.
Woodstock (9 miles): Hampers Cafe map On main through road, tasty food. Other places in Woodstock include coffee shop at the free museum with a pleasant garden. Watch out as some places are over priced tourist tat.
