Group's Philosophies:
"Corporate social responsibility is the commitment of businesses to behave ethically and to contribute to sustainable economic development by working with all relevant stakeholders to improve their lives in ways that are good for business, the sustainable development agenda, and society at large."
Source: World Bank Institute
"It is True that economic and social objectives have long been seen as distinct and often competing. But this is a false dichotomy; it represents an increasingly obsolete perspective in a world of open, knowledge-based competition. Companies do not function in isolation from the society around them. In fact, their ability to compete depends heavily on the circumstances of the locations where they operate."
-Michael E. Porter and Mark R. Kramer
"The societal benefits of CSR practices will remain limited unless they can be integrated into broader strategies, and public policies certainly have a role to play in this respect" Pascal Lamy, Commissioner for Trade, European Commission
"CSR is the ring of conjunction between Capitalism & Human Rights"
Italo Perazzoli
