Subject: Re: Old photographs
Hi Maggy when i was doing a little bit of research on William
Hayhurst, alias "Old Balshaw" of Copster Green, nr. Blackburn. Died February 4th, 1881 aged 105 years (bored one winter evening) i found that he was in a poor house on the green and there where a few in the house i think 5-6 i could only think there was one building big enough!! Try censuses they give names of the houses though lots of them have changed.
