I would be very surprised if it could not. I am not aware of any
incompatibilites of Unipod (or the Iyonix USB implementation for that
matter) with USB printers. In contrast to memory sticks and digital
cameras, which use all sorts of protocols, there is only a single
protocol for sending data to a printer and all USB printers understand
it, so there is little risk of things going wrong.

Obviously, this only covers the task of sending data to the printer.
In order to generate that data you need an appropriate printer driver,
e.g., Gutenprint.
