Anyone else been having problems with the Pipex news server over the past
few days? Sometimes works normally, sometimes hangs.

I have not had trouble with news, but the pop mail server has seemingly
been off over the weekend. it is OK now. I could send e-mails but not
receive them.

The current problem is a mail server that sometimes works.

Yes - I had that too, but with only one of my addresses which isn't really
used.

All seems back to normal now. I'd guess it was just one machine or port or
whatever that caused the news problem as it would sometimes work with
several tries.

Had some re-authentication errors on mail, but news has been OK here
