What's the latest?
At the risk of asking an obvious question - what is the latest RISC OS hardware? According to CJE - the A9home is - but according to wikipedia this was 2005 vintage? Are all RISCOS developments now beind made through emulator? Which site has the answers to this? Thanks

RiscPC in tower position
I'm trying to find more space in my crowded office. I think that when I bought it in 1997, using the RiscPC in tower mode, as I think of it - ie sitting on its side - was an option. There may even have been special feet provided. Sometime since, in an earlier search for more space, I was advised by someone who seemed to be an expert not to try to... more »

Looking for an Iyonix
Hello, I'm looking at purchasing an Iyonix, so I can devote build time to RISC OS Open. (Basically the machine will compile a daily build of the RISC OS Open source code.) If anyone has one collecting dust somewhere, please get in touch. Best Wishes, Rob Heaton - r...@robheaton.co.uk

Power Tec SCSI
I recently acquired a Power Tec SCSI card through a certain auction site, which I was hoping would allow me to ressurrect the hard disk that remains from my original RiscPC. There is a good chance the filesystem has been corrupted, but the SCSI card did not come with the original software and I'm having little luck trying to configure the... more »

Saving CMOS in RPC
Hi, I've come across this site [link] which show you how to replace the onboard battery with a NiCd. I just want to relocate the current onboard battery so there is no chance of leaking acid on th motherboard for now, however before I do this how can I save my current CMOS settings so they can be restored afterwards ?. I've looked on... more »

Paper Jam - HP Color laserjet 2550L
Hello All, After many, many years of no trouble, I have a paper jam and can't clear it. The Iyo Double Shuffle
Has it been established why pressing the elliptical button followed shortly by pressing the circular button on the front of the Iyonix, is more likely to result in a non-pyjama screen? Or is this just a peculiarity of my machine? (I run Geminus at startup but I've never had two pyjama screens.)
