SF3000:TNG controls
There appear to be undocumented controls and features for SF3000:TNG. ECM - E Also, what keys magnify/move/rotate the map? There's a lock-on facility - how? Saving - do you have to quit the game and select save in the front-end menu? Are there keys for calling on the rest of the team as in the original?... more »

Qercus?
Not sure if Colin reads the newsgroups but the game in question from TEQ seems to be The Dungeon from 4th Dimension. Getting it is another matter although Liquid Silicon appeared in a Google search. The correspondent calls it an adventure game but his description (e.g. giant spiders) recalls the screenshots of that game.... more »

Help: BBC Micro Revs
Hi Does anyone happen to have an original copy of Revs? I'd like to do a lap or 2 for Nostalgia's sake but I don't have the piece of paper that shows which key does what. Working it out by trial and error is something I don't have time for? Can anyone find one, scan it in and put it up on the web somewhere?... more »

Scummvm
Whatever happened to the UPP version of scummvm? It appears to no longer exist on riscos.info, and it's not in riscpkg either.

I'm please to announce new release of a RISC OS game, and a new version of the game development library, Popcorn. The game is Hive - which is actually an enhanced version of the original, now with 32 bit graphics and hardware acceleration on the Iyonix platform. RISCGlulxe: a port of Glulxe to RISC OS
As a result of writing a Glk implementation for RISC OS for "fun", I've been able to get a version of Andrew Plotkin's Glulxe working on RISC OS. Glulxe is an interpreter of the Glulx VM format , which is often used for Interactive Fiction (aka "Text Adventure Games"). At the moment my program is a bit of mess: the !Help simply consists... more »

SF3000 next gen - CD-ROM issues....
(I lost the original thread, hence the new subject line). [link] has a link for troubleshooting if the game doesn't run from the CD properly. Love the screenshots, does the game still play as well as the original? Cheers, Rob
