web.archive.org has some Javascript to mangle its links to point to the
archive site, rather than the original site (which no longer exists).  Try
this link:

http://web.archive.org/web/19990429052801/http://www.acetone.demon.co.uk/rep19.zip

That works for me on (Linux) wget.

web.archive.org also has a habit of dropping the last byte of archives, so
you sometimes get an error when trying to untar (etc), but usually what it's
untarred so far is fine.
