Not free, but for only a fiver House Of Cards from Sine Nomine
Software does Freecell and many other patience games:

If you can't afford that ;-). Try '!SPatience' by Philippe Donsback,
available from:
<http://donsback.perso.worldonline.fr/index.htm>

Download all three zips and you will have as many variations of Patience as
you could wish for :-).

I will download it and give it a whirl.  I'm sure I can manage £5
