	Serious Messenger Problem, help!

With Aaron's help I've just successfully transferred VRPC from my Vista machine onto my Windows 7 machine and everything works with the exception of UniLaunch which is the part of Uniprint that deals with the launch of URLs from a link in Pluto into the Windows browser.
