It works here too, but its still hit and miss on some files I tried
via Blockbuster.
The files were WMV, but in the config the MPEG was selected but it
failed. If I tried the other MPEG option it seemed to work.

Using BBarEdit 1.62, I have made a buttonbar for PDF 3.00.1.19.
Bar menu > Edit Bar... > Application is set to PDF, but the buttonbar is
ignored by PDF, ie the buttonbar should appear when PDF starts, but it
doesn't. Can anyone please suggest why this may be so?

Does the IP number in UniSetup Network Connection match that of the PC?
Also on my PC with XP Uniprint is on the hidden part of the right hand
icon bar. That can tell you if it's receiving data from your RPC.

Uniprint needs to know the address of the windows machine (eg 10.0.0.n). I
suspect that when your router was replaced, the address has been changed or
the network has been set up to be no longer fixed.

I have a Risc PC and a WinXP box, networked via a router and using
LanMan98. I also have UniPrint 2 which has been working fine.
Earlier this week a competent (Windows-wise, if not RiscOS wise) friend
replaced my router.
Since this, LanMan has worked fine but not Uniprint. If I try to print or
load a pdf or a word doc or an HTML page on the PC from the Risc PC I get

The last time I looked at Mauser it was substantially lacking features
MouseAxess had. But Bob has it right: I have not been able to contact
Christian Flöter. And via common friends I got the news that he most
likely doesn't even have a computer at all anymore, so I assume the
sources are lost and the only possible way was to reverse-engineer the

That has caught me out too; the pointer will move only
vertically. The problem is present in Jörn Schröder's original
v0.07 27 Jul 1996 as well as Steffen's update in 2002 (same
internal date and version). A solution would be nice :-)

I _love_ using Mauser and have been doing so for years. However, the 32 bit
version does have one flaw which drives me up the wall sometimes:
when you scroll the contents of a window by holding the middle mouse button
down - at the same time a menu is open, which is easy to do by accident
